Intake Session (First Session)
In our first meeting, we’ll explore the key factors influencing your performance. This includes your current environment—such as relationships with parents, coaches, teammates, friends, or co-workers—along with your training or work structure, past experiences, and areas you want to grow mentally.
We ask: What’s helping you perform well? What’s holding you back?

Personalized Mental Performance Plan
After your intake session, we’ll provide a personalized summary with key insights and a custom plan. Whether you're working one-on-one or part of a group or team, this plan outlines focus areas, training structure, and mental skills strategies aligned with your goals.
Examples include:
- Creating a supportive communication environment
- Developing pre-performance routines
- Visualization and focus regulation techniques
- Confidence-building through structured reflection and conversation

At the end of each session, we’ll reflect on what you learned and how to apply it. Over time, we revisit goals, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed. This ensures your mental training evolves alongside your season, schedule, and personal growth.

Virtual Zoom Consultations
For clients who prefer remote access or have busy schedules, virtual consultations offer the same high level of support and customization from the convenience of your home, training facility, or wherever you are. These sessions are ideal for reviewing progress, talking through mental challenges in real time, and refining your strategies week to week. Whether you're in-season or off-season, Zoom consultations provide flexible, consistent support to help you stay on track, stay motivated, and apply mental skills directly to your training and performance setting.
Team Workshops
Team workshops are designed to help athletic programs, clubs, or performance groups build shared identity, strengthen communication, and enhance group cohesion under pressure. Each session is tailored to the team’s specific goals—whether it's preparing for a high-stakes season, working through internal dynamics, or establishing leadership pathways within the group.
